January 2009 I had Gene install his best tankless hot water heater in my home, I also needed a water softener for this water heater. From day one the water heater did not work properly, the temperature changes from hot to cold, not fun taking a shower! He told me this was due to lime build-up in the pipes and would quit in 5-6 weeks. I gave it two months, still does not work, called him again, and again, and again, and again. 12 months later the water heater still does not work and that SOB Gene does not return calls or come by to fix this unit with a 10 year factory warranty! It will not be long before Gene gets a call from my lawyer!
